"La Taverna", was a meeting place for a few fishermen and tourists since the end of 1800, when Lake Levico was still considered an unhealty place, criticized because of the scanty clothes of its regulars.

On 26 September 1936 the grandfather Arturo decided to buy by the figure of 9,000 £ the small inn on the shore of Lake Levico and it is that day that starts the hotel tradition the Pedrotti's. With him in the company the granny Albina and then in subsequent years the sons Roberto, Marco, Luciana and Carmela.

La Taverna grows each year and becomes gradually hotel and lakeside resort. In the early '70s Roberto, the penultimate of the children of Arturo, decides to build on the neighboring land the Parc Hotel Du Lac, and to manage it with his wife Emma, coming off from the management of the family place.

'80s Roberto buys from the brothers their share of La Taverna and of the then "Albergo al Lago", thus creating a single complex, hotel, restaurant on the lake and bathing.
In 1976 born Franco, who Emma and Roberto transmit their passion for the great hospitality.
Since the '90s began to sell its "first glasses", until with his wife Martha takes an active part in managing the tourist complex.
