Where is Parc Hotel Du Lac located and how far is it from the town center?
The hotel is located directly on Lake Levico, with a private beach and sunbathing lawn.
The center of Levico Terme can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot or by a small tourist train.
Do all rooms have a view of Lake Levico?
Yes, all rooms offer a charming view of the lake.
Can I swim directly in the lake?
Yes, the hotel has private access to the lake and a sunbathing lawn directly by the water.
How warm is the water in Lake Levico?
In summer, Lake Levico reaches temperatures between 25–29°C.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early arrival is of course possible. If the room is not yet ready upon arrival, you may already use all hotel and wellness facilities.
Late check-out is available on request, subject to availability and at an additional charge.

The hotel features several very spacious suites with separate sleeping areas, ideal for families.
In addition, there is an indoor playroom, a playground on the beach, a slide and water games in the pool, a dedicated children’s menu, massages for children, as well as outdoor activities and guided hikes for different age groups.

Breakfast, outdoor parking, Wi-Fi, access to pools and the lake, wellness area, first supply of beach towels and water shoes, and activities according to the weekly program.

What wellness facilities are available at Parc Hotel Du Lac?
Our wellness area includes an outdoor Finnish sauna, a herbal bio sauna, a steam bath, a heated indoor pool, an outdoor pool at ambient temperature (summer only), a whirlpool area, and relaxation rooms with panoramic views of Lake Levico.
Is there an indoor and an outdoor pool?
Yes, there is a heated indoor pool and an outdoor pool (open in summer), as well as saunas and relaxation areas.
The pools are designed primarily for relaxation, wellness, and leisure rather than athletic swimming.
Do I need to reserve the sauna or wellness area in advance?
For the sauna area, we kindly ask for a short reservation to ensure a calm and relaxing experience for all guests.

Are saunas and steam bath textile-free?
Yes, according to traditional spa culture, saunas and the steam bath are textile-free areas. Swimwear is permitted in the pool area.
What massages and beauty treatments are offered?
We offer classic and special massages, wraps, scrubs, baths, as well as facial and body treatments. The complete list is available in our spa menu.
How can I book a massage or treatment?
Reservations are recommended. You can book appointments directly at the reception, by phone, or by email.
Are there wellness offers for couples?
No, the hotel does not offer couple massages or rituals; all treatments can only be booked individually.
Are there wellness services for families or children?
Yes, we offer massages for children and, upon request, a family sauna with moderate temperature.
Can external guests use the wellness area?
The wellness area is primarily intended for hotel guests. Access for external guests is only possible with prior reservation.
What are the opening hours of the wellness area?
Opening hours for pools and saunas may vary depending on the season. Current times are available at the reception or in your booking documents.

Can guests dine at the restaurant without staying at the hotel?
Yes, the restaurant is also open to external guests.
