Our restaurant located on Lake Levico offers a variety of culinary delights including homemade pasta, seasonal specialties, and carefully selected fish and meat dishes: all designed to tantalise your taste buds. Our menu is tailored to the current season and the availability of ingredients. We favour the use of locally sourced ingredients, if possible, and try to prepare and present dishes that are natural and of superior quality.

Pizza has a certain significance in our cultural context. The dough used in the preparation of the pizza involves the use of semi whole meal type 1 flour and respects the recommended leavening time, thus contributing to the digestibility of the product. The tomato sauce used in our products comes exclusively from organic farming, while the choice of cheese is limited to Italian mozzarella fiordilatte.
