Green and eco-friendly holidays: holidays in nature and with nature

Green holidays are an indispensable part of our philosophy, guiding us to act and live in perfect harmony with nature

Valsugana is the first certified sustainable destination based on the criteria of the GSTC, a United Nations-supported organization focusing on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Our valley has been chosen as an ideal location for sustainable and slow holidays in nature, surrounded by unspoilt landscapes and genuine gastronomic products prepared according to tradition.

GSTC certification

Naturally, the Parc Hotel Du Lac is also part of this project. In fact we too have adopted the criteria dictated by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and in 2023 we obtained the GSTC certification, one of the few hotels in Valsugana.

For us, environmental protection never goes on holiday. That is why we have made sustainable holidays a mission!
We encourage ecological mobility, we avoid all forms of waste, we try to use organic and seasonal products as much as possible, and we raise awareness among our guests.

What can we recommend for a sustainable holiday?

During your holiday, you can contribute to environmental sustainability with simple steps.
By following these simple tips, you can enjoy a wonderful holiday and at the same time contribute to the health of our planet.
